We have a fairly long experience of working with agile systems development, chiefly extreme programming (XP). We use it in our own development projects, and we can also offer help to external projects with know-how in this field, including training and coaching the customer.

We strive use a development process that ensures that the customer gets business value within two weeks to a month, regardless of the size of the system built, or consultancy services being performed.

We try as much as possible to use well known Open Source components in the systems we deliver. In this way you as a customer will know that you have access to the code and that there is a pool of consultants knowledgeable about the code, both inside our company and at large. This puts an end to the risk run by proprietary systems, that is to be unmaintainable in the future, or only be maintainable at a high price. Popular Open Source system also have a history of quick bug fixes: The more people that use a the code, the better maintained it will be. We do of course also also develop proprietary systems in cases where this is desired.
